We are a team of two; our Mental Health Practitioner, Brooke and our Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, Weronika.
About Us
As two girls who have both undergone surgery we understand the importance of taking care of yourself both physically and mentally. Through our experience we have become passionate about providing girls with the support and care we wish we had when embarking on our own journeys. This is particularly important to us as one of our journeys has not be as smooth as the other's. It has become our mission to helps girls avoid making the same mistakes and to pass on our knowledge to less experienced members of the plastic surgery community.
